Shipping & Return terms

All purchased goods will be sent out within 7 working days after payment is completed. When the package is sent out, you will receive the relevant courier number for easy tracking. The Group will not compensate and be held liable for any loss (including money, damage, loss, etc.) caused by your package's late arrival and caused.

We welcome local customers to shop on this website and will provide free delivery service. Free shipping areas within Hong Kong only. If you need to ship products to areas outside of Hong Kong, please contact us first to check the shipping costs.

Local ( Hong Kong ) delivery terms :

  • The goods will be shipped within 7 working days after the payment is completed and the courier number will be provided. All packages will be sent by SF Express.

  • Shipping and delivery time is calculated based on working days (Monday to Friday), Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included.

  • Local customers can choose to face trade or send them by express. If you choose to pick up the goods in person at the store, we will contact you as soon as possible after receiving the order to arrange the pick-up time and location, and notify you by email for confirmation later.

DESTINATION CUSTOMS IN YOUR COUNTRY

You, as the customer, are solely responsible for import taxes, customs duties and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country, as well as compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. Please note that all items will be declared at full purchase price and indicated as "used" when shipped outside of Hong Kong. We cannot declare any item as a “gift”.

 

INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY INFORMATION

All prices shown and the amount due reflected at checkout are represented in HONG KONG DOLLARS and do not include import taxes, customs duties and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country. We accept returns on international orders as further described in our return policy. For international shipments and all returns on items shipped internationally will be made in HONG KONG DOLLARS only and in the same HONG KONG DOLLARs amount that was paid to us at the time of order. We are unable to provide any currency exchange estimates as these rates constantly fluctuate. All transactions are subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing and are determined by the intermediary financial institutions. We make no adjustments for currency exchange on returns.

Important reminder for delivery service
When the goods are sent, we will notify you by email that the package has been sent and the courier information will be attached for tracking the mail. When the package arrives, please check whether the package and the goods are damaged before signing for it. We also recommend that you keep the consignment note for record.

If the product you received is defective or the accessories are not complete, please email to help@fashionistaway.com to contact our customer service team.

Return Policy

If you receive a product that does not match the content of the order or is defective, please make sure to return it to us within 14 working days, together with all packaging, re-sale status of the product, and security label without tearing. For all products that needs to be returned, you must contact us in advance and obtain the return number before they can be returned to us. The return number will be notified by email. Please send the returned goods by registered mail to Flat 3 8/F Lok Fu Building, 28 Tak Man street Hung Hom Kowloon within 14 working days after the return number is issued.

 

The 14-day return service we provide must comply with the following example details:

Rules for return conditions :

  1. We do not accept any return reasons for style, color, or size.

  2. If you request a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

2.1 Customers must present relevant valid documents and all accessories including locks, keys and shoulder straps.

2.2 The condition of the goods, accessories and goods that need to be returned must be the same as the description on the receipt.

2.3 If there are any damages, stains and abnormalities caused by incorrect use of the goods, no refund will be issued.

2.4 The goods must be returned with the original packaging, resale condition and security label not torn off.

  1. The above terms will be revised on time without prior notice.

  2. Returning goods may charge a handling fee equivalent to up to 10% or less of the price of the goods.

Please note: Fashionistaway is not responsible for the replacement or refund of the confirmed delivery address and the goods that have been signed. All repairs related to sold and shipped products must be handled by the customer.
